I don't think so. There are groups of racists in any society, and a racist is usually against blacks, gypsies, Jews, gays, different nationalities, and everything that's not them.

A society as a whole cannot be called a racist society. That would be to place me, and many other people like me who accept human beings as human beings, in the wrong position.
