I'm glad that you find a way to look positively at the disaster. I don't know anything about farming, but have a wonderful rose bush in the garden and this year, it was sick, it had caught some kind of germs and I don't know if it'll survive. It's quite upsetting....and it's just a rose. I can imagine what it is if your sustenance depends on it.
