In this regard: a few years ago when my daughter was around three or four y.o., she got sick. So she stays at home and drags herself behind me like a dog. Everywhere. I tell her to stop because it's annoying. She says, how can I stop? I love you so much! And I say, when you are healthy you don't follow me around like that. You don't love me then? She says, I do, but now I love you MORE.
