That's very much unlike Bulgarians.

In fact, most Japanese people show little interest in foreign countries. In 2024, only 17.0% of Japanese people have a passport. Even Japanese people living abroad tend to live within the Japanese community, and if we want to get out of that comfortable bubble, we have to learn through experience and find our own way.

That's very much unlike Bulgarians. When we go abroad, we quickly mix with the local culture and don't want anything to do with other Bulgarians. 😄
