That's why we need to be diverse. I remember one person subscribing to me after they read a very serious non-fiction piece of mine, and then I continued with my fiction stories and the poor guy stopped reading me (he obviously expected more nonfiction.) That's when I decided I'll publish at least one non-fiction story a week.
