Unfortunately, it's not only in Bulgaria. It's happening in Greece all the time, too. One of my friends escaped a Bulgarian psycho just to run into a Greek one. My sister-in-law experienced the same thing in Germany. The perpetrators don't seem to get enough punishment anywhere.
